I disagree.

It's one white refusing to convict vs. 10 wanting to convict. (Assuming, God forbid, that it is not the sole negro on the jury who refusing to convict.)

If there is a mistrial, there will be a retrial. (Refusing to try is NOT an option.) And then he might get convicted, hopefully of murder.

The only thing is that Slager is out on bail and so will be free between now and the second trial, if there is a mistrial.
