That's real.

Growing up my pops (welder / safety valves) always saying he wish he had a desk in the office area with a phone.

As a kid that shapes your goals, expectations.

Then where you're at today.

"I'm going to grind till I hit six figures"

If some people made $100k/year they'd feel broke!

What shapes our norm? Our expectations
 
Watched this movie called Revolver (Great movie by the way)

Without spoilers: the flick digs into this concept of the ego being your enemy


If you think about that, you'll see that alot of people aren't conditioned at all. Their ego won't allow them to take blame for shit

I'm touching on the ego to close out my motivation month.

but you are half right... ego plays a huge part but also the conditioning that's perpetuated in our community. that is the seed for the ego. the mid poisoning comes first than the ego.
