The money puts you in the position to get power. The one in power is the ultimate decision maker in his space.

If a caked up guy uses his money to consume, then he ain't got no power just a bunch of shit he traded the money for.

He signing contracts with conditions and terms. He getting money....under conditions and terms. The one setting the conditions and terms he accepting got the power.

If he took his money and started his own money generated businesses, then he'd have real power. He could set terms and conditions on others and be the ultimate decision maker. If he caked up all his money, said fuck it, and got into local politics he'd have a degree of power.
