ur one fuckin idiot. I swear lmao

Come here lil nggas lemme explain somethin to yall:

This ngga said look at BBALL-Reference.com That gives you BOX SCORES

Do you know what a cross match is?

Box scores wont tell you if your SG doesnt guard the opposing team's SG

I.E. Dwade (40 minutes/game at SG) hardly ever guarded J Terry (35 mintues/game at SG)

smh ol under the armpit ass nggas...lil nggas man, i swear. go watch some game tape.

Im not sure about the percentages being accurate or not.. But Yeah, Monta guarded the other teams best perimeter player every single night. Whether it was KD, Granger, Wade or Tyreke Evans. He never guarded people like Bron or Melo though.. Im in the Bay Area and Monta was our "Best" perimeter defender. Wright is a bum on defense and has slow feet.. He tries at least lol
This is factual

Regardless, thats rather misleading.

He's a starting 2 guard who plays 40+ mintues/game...and his counterpart is 175lb Stephen Curry

By DEFUALT he's gon guard the best perimeter player most nights.

That percentage doesnt account for the amount of help he needs in the post, and the subsuquent shambles your Defense is left in b/c of it.

But what do i know...
Then YOU agreed

This dense m'fer again... smh

You're lack of relevancy has already been proven in this thread...with no attempt at a rebuttal...

First of all, where did that stat come from? He qouted the Kobe statement, but not the 38% shyt. 6'1 Monta Ellis was guardin 6'8 Danny Granger straight up?

KYS.

Second, GS was tied for next to last in both opponent PPG and FG%

And you sit here and try to sell me a bag of goods about Monta out chea shuttin nggas down.

Again, KYS.
First off Monta isnt 6'1". He's 6'3". And can is quicker but strong enough to guard bigger players.

Bruh, you forreal?

So the box scores of their TEAMS playin each other means they were guardin each other????

Forreal dawg? Did one of my nggas put you up to this? Stop playin boy...
Then you drop another contradictory statement after you said he's guarding the best perimeter player by default. You're just talking to be talking. Your sports knowledge is that of a 6 year old girl. STFU when men are talking.

I was strictly talkin about the fact that he did guard them. And, he did have games where we was giving the bigger guards fits because of his quickness. Theres no way Im calling him a defensive stopper or anything.. And Im not saying that he CAN guard them consistently. But he's definitely held his own on more than a few occasions.

^^ Plus Don Nelson was being stupid. He tried to work his magic and thought he could turn Monta INTO the PG. It didnt work... Which is why we drafted Curry

He never got the chance. The summer Baron left we gave Monta the extension...he rode a moped..the next season we drafted Curry....You don't know what you're talking about.

Nah.. That was the last season they played together. That wasnt the Playoff year. When they started benching Baron, it was because they decided to move on since they already knew they werent offering him a legit contract. Plus, Davis stopped playing because of that shit. He felt disrespected. Once they switched up to Monta as the PG, we started losing at the end of the season.

That's not true. After Jax and Baron quit, Monta was leading huge comebacks and keeping us in playoff contention. By the end of the year, he was clearly the best player on that team.

Not enough balls for him and Kobe.

Lamar Odom will be involved in the trade. Monte Eillis would be the 6th man. So the 2nd unit has a player then can score without having to run the offense. Something like Jason Terry for the Mavs.
