You wouldnt be wrong if you voted either way, but its absurd if hes not in your top 5

1) Jack Johnson (the undisputed GOAT, hes the reason Joe Louis was the opposite of him in character and the reason Ali was the opposite of Joe Louis)

2) Joe Louis

3) Muhammad Ali

4) Sugar Ray Robinson

5) Rocky Marciano/Ezzard Charles/Mayweather

Mayweather AKA TBE holds that title. Made other HOFs look like amateurs, even when he was far past his prime, remained undefeated throughout his entire career.

There's really nothing to discuss or talk about. The man never loss. Anyone who has an issue with Mayweather being the best, has a paper thin argument, and is going to move the goal post and act like losing doesn't count against you.

Losing counts, but Money's caliber of opponents push him out of that slot. Muhammad Ali beat champs, legends, hall of famers themselves. The only guys of that caliber Money took out was De La Hoya and PacRoid....and they were past his prime.

Don't get me wrong, Floyd is THE best boxer of the last 10 years, and definitely Top 5 DOA. But Ali reigns supreme. If not losing was a prerequisite of GOAT, that cac Rocky Marciano would've been crowned the greatest a long time ago. He's not even #2 on that list....Sugar Ray Robinson is.

Lennox Lewis lighting him up

Ain't that the truth, Ali would be lite work for Lennox. Lennox is the most skilled boxer of all-time IMO. Just have Mayweather as the greatest, since homie never loss and embarrasses his opponents.

Ali loss to a nigga named Trevor, FOH! That nigga was the GOAT boxing ACTIVIST and that's it.

And Rocky was a white boy in the super fixed era, and the super racist ass 1950s, so that's as far as we need to go there.

Mayweather was just as washed or old as his opponents were, and he already proved his level of skill when he lit up prime Canelo, another HOF to be.

Lol glanced at the nigga's name (Trevor) and saw that he was repping Canda and thought he was white. Well in any case, Ali loss 3 out of his last 4 fights. Nigga was pure struggle in his late 30s, while Floyd was embarrassing young champions like Canelo.

That Berbick fight was sad to watch. A loss is a loss and Ali fought way past his prime, but in Ali's defense it is well documented that he never fully recovered from The Thrilla in Manila years before. Floyd definitely aged better than any fighter ever to fight.
