No, as you can see, Flag reactions get "rolled up" into the "Flag" group. You'd have to remove them all, and you need at least 1 for Warn.

Certain sites gives you the option to change your vote in polls as well as ban users from a thread. Does Vanilla have those options?

Still cant use the "upload picture option" when you make a thread with a poll. Also the ability to edit polls would be nice without trying to create a new one.

I think the poll code would have to be edited too where a poll can be added to any thread and for options simply write what you want in column form. For example:

Title of poll: Best rapper of all time

Poll options:

Biggie

Ice Cube

Tupac

Nas

press enter to submit poll.

You don't have to. You can also be creative with your wording if you like. For example:
