cuz these cats just constantly dropping threads in the GnS..
I see multiple threads about political stories, race stories, religious threads all the time, and I know your form could use that traffic.. but whenever one of those threads gets moved there all hell breaks loose.....
is their some remedy to this...any one have any suggestions?
I mean it's obvious people are wanting to talk about these things, but how do we move this traffic to that forum without sparking another battle royal???

there is a blurred line between what a GNS thread is and what a social lounge thread is. Maybe we need to work on defining the difference then go from there.

G&S is becoming more and more rachet by the day. Why not have a religious, race, or social issue there? Are they not grown & sexy? I understand R&R are there for a reason, but the traffic is not great. I do believe his opinion should be expressed in an area that will generate a considerable amount more views than its normal viewing place. I'm not saying fill G&S with religion an race threads, but I do believe if the thread is doing a considerable amount of numbers where it is, in the immortal words of Paul McCartney, Let It Be.

Some threads are borderline, and that's understandable. But a thread that clearly should be in one place and isn't, needs to be moved into that place. And if a poster's been here longer than a few months or so, they know better anyway, and are just testing what all they can get away with.
