How do we deal with people that only give reactions but never post?

Good question...I say take it on a case by case basis, it's not really that important unless they constantly leave negative feedback or flags...and if so, after a certain amount (let's say 5 for the sake of argument), but never posts, possibly jailing?

I understand if people got mad if there posts got buried cus a bunch of flags lol but other then that I wouldn't do anything unless somebody pointed out to me that someone was spamming their reactions. I had somebody pm me about thatbefore so iI jailed the poster for a few days.

The 300 post to make a thread rule. How do we go about explaining why some ppl can make threads without having 300 post and others cant? Should we keep allowing these threads to be made?

For those that dont know I think you can make threads without having 300 post from mobile but not on PC.
