So we really just going to keep letting Goldie use the IC to promote his site? I mean I'm all for doing ya thing but this is still AHH...and he's literally using the site transition to let others drop the link for his site

Goldie and his site were discussed in depth before y'all were even made aware that the beta existed..

same. it wasn't him doing the promoting.

once it's decided that he's not fulfilling his duties here, then he'll be gone from here. and if he fulfills those duties, then it's no biggie. as I said in the thread itself, multiple other messageboards had a beginning on the IC. it's happened before, and it'll happen again

Yeah I remember a few posters in the past who branched off and started their own site. I forget the poster's name but there was one who did a site dedicated to southern hip-hop. And some nigga named Mowgli I believe started his own site too. Like I said I'm all for posters using the IC to further their own stuff, I just don't want it to come at the cost of the IC

erybody else, even tho we're currently working on both the old IC and the new IC, both sets have to be moderated. I haven't seen any spam "bots," but there is some spam that needs to be deleted, as well as a gang of "I don't like this, What is this, How is this" threads. treat threads on the new IC the same way u do on this platform please, delete the bullshit, pin/sticky the best shit, post here and there, and keep it movin...good looks

on any given thread (or post), at the very top right, there's a little box with an ellipses inside, like this ==> ...

click inside that box. posters will have the option to "like this" and other stuff, but mods are able to do that plus "pin" (sticky), move, delete, etc.

ok @Stew @MsSouthern @Cain @Black_Samson and @Sion all now have their mod powers on the new site. I'd update erybody's abilities, but those are the only names I saw on the new site (I know that not erybody's got an account on the new site yet). holla at me in here if you're on the new site but I missed ya.
