lol proximity mines were the shit along with remote mines back in the day! I'll get it in about an hour or so, I can't sleep on this any longer if it's supposed to be that good.
You reside in the U.S. though right? I've seen it advertised on TV but most people are talking about Gran Turismo, Call of Duty: Black Ops and NFS: Hot Pursuit more than anything else, here.
Damn, about time they dropped a more hardcore title on the Wii.

I almost copped the gold controller package, but didn't. u get more accuracy with the Wiimote/Nunchuk tho, as opposed to using a Classic controller or Gamecube controller, but you'll be finding that out for yourself as soon as u play multiplayer lol.

Single player Goldeneye looks amazing, I had a quick go before going out yesterday and the Dam level has everything left unchanged in terms of the map but different things changed about it like the guards and their locations. I thought it was a nice twist. 64 version was a classic. One of the best multiplayer games of all time. As for online multiplayer, I would expect COD to be better, but the PSN Network sucks so I wouldn't rule out preferring 64 online with Goldeneye.
Going to play it again later, looking forward to it, I'll be back with my thoughts!
