Marvel always make these meaningless changes. Steve should be back in the suit by the next Avengers movie. Marvel used to be known as the house of ideas but they've sputtered for years now. They don't even bother creating meaningful new characters.
Marvel has mad catching up to do. Star Lord..gamora...drax...Angela, blue marvel, sentry, etc....these need feats. They will characters once they get the feats up for old characters
