So I just finished watching season 1; The artwork and animation is amazing, but I didn't like the show overall. It just didn't feel like X-Men, but more like a show that used their names and likenesses (sorta). Hisako had to be one of the most annoying characters, the characters were out of character, story was lame..... The last episode certified that this shit was trash for me when in typical Japanese anime style, to defeat an overwhelming force, they all cry and talk about their feelings (Please don't do it Mr. Badguy) and boom....boss defeated lol.
Shit reminded me of Batman Gotham Knight: Visual impressive, but weak story. The Japanese aren't good at taking an American project and making it their own just like Americans suck at trying to emulate Japanese anime.
