Yeah I don't see how this is shkreli's fault. If anything it would be Rza's and anyone involved in producing the album.

If this was an album produced in mass instead of one copy, would we expect him to have a lawsuit on every consumer that legally bought it?

Usually when you submit artwork to these type of things the people you give it to are allowed to do what they want with it unless it was stated in writing but again you usually wave ownership...

Dude was fine with it until some money was made...
