for some people it's more about know that you can do what ever the hell you want more than actually doing it.
i'm not rich, but i've had alot of money (nowhere near a billion tho, lol). i've had the nice luxury cars, nice cribs, flashy jewelry, and blah blah, but seriously after a while once you know that you are in the position to actually have it when you want, you're cool without it. It's all about knowing and you may have some nice shit on the backburner but you don't always have to flex. He got the name and he controlling that shit, so aint no need to flex cuz everybody know what time it is. For a cat that never lived and had, hell yeah you gon look at it differently.
BUT once you have it like that, you best believe it'll get stupendously grimey if you try to take "the security of KNOWING they could if they want to" away from the person who has it. It's about the power of money not the flash it can buy. Plus as far as dude in question, it's his money and life. He could be saving up to buy an island for all I know.......
