I see no reason not to pardon dude. The shit was 20 years ago, he seems very remorseful, since this isn't the first time this has come up. He's talked about this before in mad interviews and how sorry he was and how much of a stupid, delinquent ass kid he was. Plus the dude served his sentence and ain't really been in trouble since then.
