I don't feel sorry for him.

1. He allowed a stranger into him home without him being there.

2. I doubt all his shit is damage to the point it needs replacement, some of it got wet, but he comes off as being hella extra. It's sitting on the sidewalk, but he is talking about it being wet with Tarmac and shit in the alley. When someone says alley, I picture a grimey, dirt and gravel, muddy narrow alleyway. Not this alley perfectly paved alley with a sidewalk, and mowed grass on the side.
