Her actions were the direct cause of his death...Dunno how it is in the US...but over here that there is manslaughter...She needs to be gettin' some jail time

see i think that neither of them should even be charged.... as long as there are witnesses to attest to the fact that the dead guy accepted money to get punched in the head by the chick, i dont see how you can charge her... its a freak accident and there is no need to ruin more lives over what happened... i think that someone dying should be enough of a warning to not do dumb shit like that, especially with alcohol involved.... i believe the alcohol mixed with the blow to the head is what caused this... alcohol slows motor functions and thins your blood setting up a situation where the likelihood for something like that to happen goes up... why put them in jail?

Maybe it is necessary to send people to jail for unintentional manslaughter to discourage other people from being careless but she can't be blamed for punching him in the face with his consent. She couldn't possibly have known that it would kill him.

Yh its a shame...but...that's the way shit goes down sometimes...They're both to blame for his death...What type of ridiculous party game is that?..Doesn't involve any boozin' or sex...crazy stuff
