Man catches cop going through his car illegally, records it.

The video was posted on Friday, and Paterson Police Director Jerry Speziale said he received many calls from community members who mistakenly thought the officer was a member of the Paterson Police Department. Speziale said he checked the video and conferred with the ranking officer. Speziale said the Paterson Police Department was not involved in the incident.

Similar thing happened to a friend. We come out the Chinese restaurant and 2 "cops" are just going through his car. He ask them what's up they say "someone reported a potential break into the vehicle". Were tripping cause there's weed and a open bottle of vodka around the backseat... Then they just walk off to their car sit for a minute watching, didn't ask us for id nothing and we weren't getting in that car for nothing lol. Just smoked a cigarette and they left. Nothing was missing from the car.

I was happy not to get caught up but it wasn't sitting right with my boy so he's taking down the unit number and plates the whole time. He tries to follow up on it and they telling him either he's lying or they weren't real cops and that wasn't a real cop car. He looked into it even further and there were more reports about similar shit happening around the city. Nothing ever came of it tho.

yeah that was my fist thought when I watched the video.. NJ pigs got regular plates on their cars? How you know if you legit getting pulled over or if some fool just got their hands on some strobe lights. That charger look like it could be any hood nigga in america car.
