He's talking skill-set, not statistics.

It's just hard for the average b-ball to see because Kobe's playing style doesn't put his passing ability in the forefront. He's kind of like Allen Iverson in that sense. AI can pass with the best of them, but people ignore it because he's an elite scorer.
