MacGyver OG Version had so many samples built off that theme song's opening melody, but anyway new show probably would be cool if the trailer didn't 1. make self-referential jokes, 2. tease a "Dad MacGyver" (because OMG Richard Dean Anderson may show up), and 3. the star didn't look like he was wearing a wig.

Actor probably wouldn't look so "trying-so-hard" if he had a normal 2016 haircut. Whoever wrote this shit is the definition of trying too hard to capture nostalgia.
