The fact that he toured off of it is everything, if it was just some mixtape song on on of his mixtapes that he never performed, and made money off of then fuk it, but thats not the case.

The song became one of Mac Miller's more well known songs on his come up, and I can only assume his label was unaware that the beat was not his or has terrible legal people around him; since they allowed him to perform that song for profit. That's never ok, and Lord Finesse or his people around him caught him, and realized it was a come up; nothing wrong here Lord Finesse is in the right, and Mac was in the wrong, and so it was very smart of Mac to settle it out of the courtroom.
