All the Pac and Biggie shout outs was understandable back when it happened. But over the years I've doubted the sincerity of some of these niggas with it. I get the feeling the main stream niggas just say that shit cause it's the popular and safe thing to do. Most of them ain't even met the two personally.

I just find it hard to believe that these niggas ain't had anybody else to pay respects too that was more significant in they lives. Niggas shout out Pac and Biggie before they own homies seems like.
