and besides rappers dont pick beats, Record Label A&R's do.

I'd have to disagree with you there. He's a very good lyricist; often underrated. His subject matter is also not always about money. He has shown that he can write songs that aren't money related such as Good Morning. I'd say he should be rated a bit more like this (although there are only a few things that I disagree with. I felt you were pretty much spot on with delivery and flow except I would have given him at list a 9.5 for his flow):

CHAMILLIONAIRE

Lyricism: 9 (Very underrated lyricist, as I stated earlier. Songs such as Morning and Evening News of of Ultimate Victory shows his lyrical dexterity.)

Delivery: 9

Subject Matter: 7 (Not the best subject matter, but he can write songs with substance.)

Flow: 9.5

OVERALL: 34.5
