I think part of the problem is how twitter works. He may have tweeted all of the lyrics, but each tweet exist on its own. People have short attention spans which actually twitters goal hence the character limit. Still, raging out and going dark doesn't help your message.

Was it conveyed that he was tweeting lyrics to a song or was it tweeted line by line thus leaving it up to (mis)interpretation? Lupe practically brought this backlash on himself if he in fact was just tweeting the lines without context.
