What Lupe is saying now is just baseless regardless of who is in office. Obama was the senator of the state where Lupe resides and went on to be U.S. senator, but Lupe hasn't criticized anything Obama did as state and U.S. senator. Nothing of what Obama did or didn't do for the city of Chicago has been mentioned by Lupe either, but he instead criticizes Obama as president on foreign policy.
