You obviously don't understand the line of thought John Henrik Clarke exemplified when he was alive, i watched that video 'the Great and Mighty Walk' wehn i was 8 and even then i could understand the logic of the man. As Black people we have to think of ourselves as a collective, especially as a minority in the western world where we are oppressed and abused by the majority, Africans have never followed the capitalistic liberal view on which these Europeans have benefited, you can't say every man for himself in a place in which where you are abused and oppressed, it doesn't take a rocket science to know that as a minority you are stronger as a collective, Chinese, Indian Jewish and every other minority of people have managed to figure this out. Traditional as people of Africa descent we have always the community has always been the centre of everything we do, what you just posted is the exact opposite of what people like John Henrik Clarke, Dr Ben preached, every black man and woman is my brother or sister until they prove otherwise.
