Lupe is not fucking with ANY of the legends. He might be a better technical rapper than some of them like Pac, Ice Cube, or DMX, but he is not nearly as good an ARTIST. Lupe will not go down in hip hop history because his music has little to no emotional appeal. There are honestly some songs by Pac, BIG, Nas, Jay-Z that have appealed to me (n/h), whether they made me want to rejoice, or party, or just reflect upon life. Lupe is a dope rapper, I spend a lot of time reflecting on his lyrics, but never on his songs/music. Lupe is a much better rapper than Kanye. But Kanye has a much better claim for GOAT than Fiasco.

Comparing Lupe to Rick Ross makes no sense son they have nothing in common besides them calling themselves rappers. Lasers's wasn't going to flop since the fans wanted a Lupe album from day one, them planing a protest and then not buying the album wouldn't make sense plain and simple.
