Lupe is more Lyrical than Cam'ron. He's toe to toe with Big L though I'd give L the wittyness and personality on the mic over Lupe. Lupe is not a better lyrcist overall than NaS, Biggie and Rakim. From this generation? Yes he's clearly one of the top overall Lyricist in the in this new generation of the game. Like top 3 overall. But all Time Hip Hop History?, lol Like I said, Lupe is not seeing the GOAT lyricist as I mentioned.

When Cam goes in, he's as good as anybody but Rakim. Lupe's definantely good, but he's not on the level of Cam or a bunch of other people. Maybe after a few more albums you could compare him to the top MCs.

I put Rakim no. 1 ahead of everybody, he's just on another level to any other rapper. But to me Cam, Jay, Nas, Big L, Biggie, Big Pun, Slick Rick, they're all as good as each other when they're at their best. Lupe doesn't have classic verses like those rappers.
