He just talked about stuff going on in the industry. He did however drop some bars from his new single, he dissed Obama in it too. Shots was being fired at a lotta people in that room. He didn't give up any names but Lupe said he knows two rappers that would do anything for fame

Umm Dyson was talking about how Hip-hop used to be used as a platform to talk about political issues and diss the system and whatnot, but when Obama became President all of that stopped. I can't remember the whole thing but Lu said something like " ....they bombing on Gaza strip/and Obama not doing shit" Something like that but it wasn't Lu dissing folks, it was the crowd

Funny thing is his manager, whos name is Raw, schooled me to the game when i met him. The marketing co. I worked for before I started my own was an arch enemy of his and twista. Whatever the beef is between him and my former bosses is between them. But he schooled me to the industry and the pay scale and what I should"ve gotten paid. After that convo my relationship with that co. went down hill. I know the a & r for 1st & 15th his name is Jason. He's a cool dude. I know man, i was joking with you. But for real, when you can help somebodyand especially when it's something like that you should. That's a lot of people's lives right there and some of these industry dudes be frontin. I promote entertainment releases and brands and things of that nature and it be them cats who be in the front of the cam doing one thing and off cam acting another. I call that Lebron lol. Once I had that conversation w/twista manager, it changed my whole outlook on this stuff. For example, the co. I worked for. We promoted all interscope albums, def jam, capitol, and we had a one off relationship w/atlantic meaning we only promoted them when they want to flood the streets w/product, like w/ an artist like tip. Plus we did video games like ea sports and movie companies as well.

Now the breakdown for that is each major label pays an avg b/w 700-5,000 a mo. The lowest you'll get(if your good) is 700momnthly to promote these labels. I looked @ my check and looked @my bosses and we never saw eye to eye again lol. I missed a few big opportunities to put myself in a better position. I met Kevin Black who was the president of marketing @interscope records, he offered me a job as his marketing assistant but I had to move to cali and my dumb a$$ said no lol. Loyalty screwed me lol. So if I can help somebody out, I'm all for it
