I think this is what Lupe means when he said Atlantic really fucked him over. THAT shit would never made LupEND.

Artisically, the flow is still umatched in the game. But the production is iffy, and most of that he - like most artists - don't have that much creative control over. So, I can dig that pain.

You are entitled to your own opinion...so here's mine, MBDTF was a terrible album, Lupe can rhyme about bullshit and it will be better than that bullshit Kanye put out..Lasers is a way better album...but I do agree with this not being his best work but all in all this album is better than alot of bullshit that has came out

Why SHOULD he be a 'no comment' kind of artist? If your good work (or work you at least thought was good) was being altered to something that went against alot of your inital principles JUST to get put out and sell, why should like fake it like everything OK and give that shit a co-sign? I would expect that you'd wanna speak from the heart on it. Many artists have done this...the most famous being Prince when Warner Bros was fucking him six ways from last Sunday.

Yeah, he complained, he protested...he even did a concert with the word "SLAVE" written on his face OPENLY telling fans not to buy that shit, and he was reveared for it. But now, Lupe says how frustrated he was with all the red tape surround his album and gets called a 'crybaby-ass nigga' for it?
