LSU vs Okla St (BCS National Championship)

It should be no question that Oklahoma St. gets a shot here. Alabama did not even win their division; never mind their conference. I have to admit I would prefer the rematch to see the BCS System hopefully go down, also it would probably be another epic game like Wisconsin/MSU was tonight. But I think OSU might actually give them a run for their money if they do play; as Georgia's WR's showed in the 1st half today that LSU DB's can be beat and Weeden is better than Murray in the passing game and the playbook is much more wide open + they have never seen a WR like Blackmon before. Could be interesting.

Of course it is but your point is moot, Alabama played LSU and lost which did not allow them to win their division and possibly the conference as LSU did today. The SEC is the #1 conference hands down, but guess what...the Big 12 is #2 conference and again this might surprise you... but Oklahoma St. won that conference tonight with a much tougher schedule.

So by logical thinking I would come to the conclusion that Oklahoma St. is the 2nd best team in the country, regardless if I believe Alabama actually is, your sort of asking for a do over in playoff game, I thought every game mattered? And you can cry about the Iowa St. game all you want, the fact remains that Oklahoma St. won the 2nd ranked conference in the country with much harder schedule than Alabama. I can care less as LSU is more than likely going to win it all anyways.

In 06 Michigan lost on the road to then #1 OSU and didn't get rematch. Meanwhile Bama lost at home by 3. So I don't think the situation should be changed for Bama.

Just like UM in 06 Bama has 2 wins over ranked opponents in comparison to Okie State having 5 wins vs ranked opponents just like UF did that year and they got their shot against a then labeled invincible Ohio State team (similar to how LSU is being called) and proved doubters wrong. Okie State deserves that opportunity just like Florida got theirs.

The scariest thing about LSU is that they are consistent. OSU better score at least 40 in the first half and shut LSU out the first half. If not then its a wrap.

I believe Bama is the 2nd best team but i think Okie St punched their tix last night for the game though.

They throttled a top 10 team while everyone was watching in what was basically a conf champ game. Those are the games that catapault teams into BCS title games.

I have LSU winning of course but i hope they dont get behind 14 points early. Not saying they couldn't come back but you dont want to do that in the title game vs a team with a 28 year old QB.
