When Hip Hop Historians look back on this era they should refer to it as the "Rehashed Era of Hip Hop".

LMAO @ that tracklist. Yeah, that shit is YMCMB/MMG'd out llike a mufucka. And he's still tryna push that human weedplate Ace Hood. Looks like every mainstream hip hop album that came out this year cept LIG.

I agree a lot of the same music is being made over and over again. At some point you gotta bring something fresh and new to the table not the same old tired shit.

as the the thread says thank god we ain't buying these albums . back in the days i used to get my original cd from lebanon now i won't take the record for free. i ain't listened to this album but i am sure at least half of the album is money, women and liquor braggadocio .

im convinced that niggas like khaled could care less about making a quality body of work and are just in it for a quick buck. but this shit gonna flop hard. come on the damn intro sounds like im a boss

rap is boring as fuck to me rite now lol only a few artist im gonna check for their albums politically correct quote rappers wit a lack of versatility aint really my lane. ima fan of outlandish unique rappers who stand out

With the influx of mixtapes I just feel uninspired to buy music. Its the same shit anyway. Besides the quality of the records have been pitiful. Drake singing every hook in the world, Wayne rapping about nonsense, nobody outside of the usual suspects is pushing boundaries or trying new shit. Half this shit is some shit you check out and dispose of it quickly, a quarter of the other half is trash, half the final quarter is actual talent with a message and a different way of conveying that message...too bad its always the usual suspects.
