If anything, Frank Ocean should be honored to be compared to James Fauntleroy and Kevin Cossom. I don't think Chris meant it as disrespect as both of those guys have even written songs for Chris. Outside of what they've done for Chris Brown, Fauntleroy and Cossom have written hit songs for Rihanna (Fauntleroy wrote "Wait Your Turn" for Rihanna), Jordin Sparks (Fauntleroy wrote "No Air"), Keri Hilson (Cossom wrote "Knocks You Down"), R. Kelly's hook on Jeezy's "Go Getta" was written by Kevin Cossom. It looks like Frank Ocean thinks he's better than those dudes. Not saying he isn't, but it's not like it was some form of disrespect to compared to them. From a success level, it should've been taken as a compliment. From a talent stand point, maybe Frank thought it was disrespect. Still, it would be an honor to be compared to talented writers who have been successful at what they do.

KC also wrote the hook for cash flow, speedin', and did the hook for usual suspects, and wrote mostly any r & b track that the runners have produced. his body of work speaks for it self
