cp3 been overrated for about 3 seasons now, what has he done besides go home in the 1st round 3/5 trips and the 2nd round the other 2 times, you can't build a championship team around cp3, only a playoff team that's glad to be there

Clippers went from 19,29,32 wins to advancing out the 1st round for the 2nd time ever, winning their 1st division title ever, longest winning streak in franchise history and most wins in franchise history in the 2 seasons.Paul changed a habitual losing team to a championship contender in 2 years. But you're right he's overrated

Melo did the same exact thing for the Knicks, winning the division title since like the 90s, taking them out the 1st round in over 10 years, winning over 50+ games and went on a winning streak at the end of the year as well and he has actually made it to the 3rd round before but you call Melo overrated.. Stop being a hypocrite bro

The clippers won 17 games in a row(franchise record),and won their 1st division title EVER and won more than 50 games for the 1st time ever and also advanced past the 1st round for the 2nd time in 43 years all this is the western conference. The only reason the knicks were a 2 seed was cuz the bulls didn't have rose. You'll see next year when they're a 5-7 seed again like they were the 2 years before this one.The simple fact you're tryin to compare the 2 shows how illogical you are

The clippers were tied with okc for the 1 seed in january then paul hurt his knee and they went 2-6 without paul and they fell off.Knicks were winning games without melo they went 7-1 without him last year and beat miami this year without him

All you doin is makin excuses, idgaf if it was the clippers first time winning 50 games and their 1st division title EVER it's still a division title and 50 games same shit Melo did, and you act like cp3 went to a clipper team with no talent when they have one of the deepest teams in the league and Knicks will finish top 3 in the East ill bet on that... And your 2nd paragraph is irrelevant b/c clippers was the 4th seed in the end

Rose better then all those point guards he makes them look so average when he is up against them

Hate to admit it, but this is true. I got NBA league pass that year he won the MVP. and caught most the games he played against all the known Point guards. and man he repeatedly outplayed all of them. From tony parker to Chris paul. So DRose can be number one, but it just depends... depends how he comes back. I'm rooting for this guy, because of the talent and skill he has. Hopefully the ACL made hime stronger not weaker(physically and figuratively speaking)

The clippers with all that talent were 32-50 the year before paul arrived. Then went on to accomplish unprecedented accomplishments in the 2 years after paul arrived. It's that simple

Melo didn't have that impact cuz the knicks were a 6 and 7 seed and had a losing record since he joined before last season and only were a 2 seed cuz the bulls weren't healthy. You HOPE the knicks are a top 3 team but they won't be.

I believe the reason CP3 is consensus #1 is that he makes up for so many of the team deficiencies....the problem is that that's not championship basketball where a guy have to do all that in playoffs....

That'swhy the bulls looking for a consistent #2 to rose #1 so it wouldn't drain him so much....even I'm sure they thought boozer overrated ass was going to be that....

we judging as basketball players or playing ye point

if it's playing the point, Rondo being disrespected

shit just as a player, he being disrespected in here

Where should he be I got him 6th and that seems fair enough.. He has the same damn injury D. Rose has and he's been getting doubted the most in this thread

Cp3 and Rose have way different roles, Rose must score more for his team so its common sense his ast numbers won't be up there like that.. And he still avg 7-8 ast which isn't bad @ all for a score first Pg.. And rose has the better handles/crossover is a better defender, way faster and a bigger threat in transition and accomplished way more in his career than Cp3 in 3 seasons

Winning an mvp 2 years ago has nothing to do with the best pg currently
