Lil Wayne Owes The IRS Over $12 Million In Taxes...

Lil Wayne has not only stomped on the American flag, he's now said F you to Uncle Sam, because we've learned he hasn't paid his taxes -- TO THE TUNE OF MORE THAN 12 MILLION BUCKS!

According to a tax lien -- obtained by TMZ -- Weezy failed to pay taxes for 2011 and 2012. For 2011 he owes a staggering $5,843,952. And for the following year, even worse -- $6,311,132.

Wayne has had his financial issues. He owed $7 mil for back taxes in 2008 - 9, but he cleared the debt in 2012.

He's also had legal issues. In 2012 ... Wayne famously lost a case against Quincy Jones' son after thumbing his nose at the court. A jury socked Wayne for $2.2 mil.

one problem is one thing ... but when the ish piles up ... and this dont count his usually bills like child care .. care for himself ... and im sure hes holding alot of fam down ... when ish piles up thats how cats get in bad positions with the finances ...

i was watching an interveiew with raekwon and he was all happy until they asked him about OB4CL2 ... which he said the respoonse was great ... but the finances made off it not so much simply cause he got sued for an uncleared sample ......

Here's the problem as I see it. He owes $12 Mil. Its $5.5 mil for 2012 and 6.5mil for 2013...or something like that.

Even if he works his tail off and tours all year in 2014 and makes/nets, say, $20 mil. He can pay the $12 mil to the IRS. But that doesn't account for the taxes he'll owe for 2014. If Lil Wayne is at zero dollars right now, he'll have to earn enough to pay the IRS back, and then he'll have to pay taxes on what he earned because those earnings get taxed seperately. In otherwords, he can't just earn $13 mil and pay the $12 mil back to the IRS. Because if he earns $13 mil, then he has to pay taxes on that.

In otherwords, he's going to be perpetually behind unless he humbles himself, gets a modest crib, stops drinking champagne and start drinking budweiser like the rest of us, pawn the jewelry, sell the Ferrarri/Lamborgini and live a regular life.
