I do think he's over-rated to a certain extent. His last few albums have not been really good. and people hop on his mixtape songs like it's the 2nd coming. His best work to me was the carter 1. After that and even now, it's not really his lyrics because he's not the most lyrical rapper out there. But how he says it catches people. He has charachter in the way he delivers his lyrics but the rhymes are lackluster
