True quantity does NOT make quality! and 80% of his catalog is probably web released mix tape type stuff. you can use beats that are well known and popular, dont have to get into the legal copyright and sample clearances and literally record it and upload it on the net in the same day! and with Weezy style of "random rapping" it doesnt have to make sense it just has to be clever and rhyme and its in. nobody will care about this material in the future it wont hold up as classic... if we are talking about official releases i think JAY Z got more product out than anyone from 1996 Reasonable Doubt to 2009 Blue print 3. hes put out 11 Albums all PLATINUM PLUS!! and dozens upon dozens of singles and guest appearances! this thread should be about JIGGA and NOT Weezy!

Too short offiicially has 16 albums. starting in 1987 with the classic BORN TO MACK! however his last album to achieve at least GOLD status was in 2000. so if its about releasing music for the sake of volume Yeah Short Dog if its about REVELANCY. its hard to top JIGGA MAN!
