I agree Hip Hop is in need of a makeover. There needs to be more balance. I would love Wayne to come out of this a different person and have more content in his lyrics. The old Wayne was about "Who's gives a fuck what's in my cup". The new Wayne need to be like "We need to take care of our health". Sadly the powers that be wants us all to destroy ourselves. I don't want to get to righteous but I have to wonder why all the songs on the radio promote Poppin Molly's and Drinking Lean.

It's obvious the corporations don't give a shit what happens to our communities. Wayne can change a lot if he changes. It's not too late. But how many of our brothers are dying at young ages cause of poor health. Again I don't want to get righteous, rappers been rapping about drinking and drugs forever but what is dominating the airways isn't balanced. To much of anything is bad for you and that includes smoking weed. I never had an issue with ganja as it's probably the safest drug to use but the fact is we got a lot of brothas out here smoking every day all day acting like they ain't addicted to the shit when they are. It's time for us to take care of our health.

Guys it was a combination of Work, Touring, Drugs and lack of sleep IMO. Obviously they aren't going to say it was drugs cause Wayne is on parole even though I heard he had a prescription for that shit. Think about it though, Wayne is clearly over worked he's been pumping out albums like skittles in the last 5 years. But again this "it's just work ethic" is B.S., clearly this is a drug issue but they aren't going to make it public.
