Kanye is a bigger artsit than Wayne. Definetly not a better rapper or even that his CD's are better. Production always carries Kanye's albums, not his lyrical ability. But its safe to say Kanye is the bigger artist. He dont have that "street" image and is for the most part a pop artist. Wayne talking about gang banging and all that hinders him and his audience is still mostly in the hood.
