(AllHipHop News) Yesterday (May 11), fans, family and supporters gathered outside the 19th judicial courthouse in downtown Baton Rouge Louisiana, in excitement and joy for the ‘not guilty’ verdict in the first degree murder trial of rapper Torrence Hatch, aka Lil Boosie.

Emotions and tears had to be suppressed while in the courtroom, because the judge threatened to arrest anyone who made an outburst.

Just outside the court building, security armed the streets as fans danced and chanted the name of Boosie’s defense attorney “Jason… Jason…Jason!”

The man prosecution said to be the mastermind behind accused hit man Michael “Marlo Mike” Louding and Lil Boosie’s alibi is Boosie’s cousin, Carvis “Donkey” Webb.

Donkey is accused by the prosecution of “being a professional at beating the system.”

It was Donkey who acted as the liaison for Boosie and Louding.

“God is good, I told y’all from jump he innocent,” Donkey said.

Donkey is quoted in many letters telling Louding, “Follow my lead.”

In court, Donkey told the prosecution, “He [Louding] know I know how it go.”

Donkey said he was wrongfully convicted of murder in 1995 but had his conviction overturned in 2000.

After the verdict, Donkey repeatedly told reporters, “If the evidence don’t fit, you must acquit!”

Yeah Donkey need to go ahead and open that law firm lol.....thats whats up tho I hope they just be cool and get the fuck outta there when Boosie come home

BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) -

Michael Louding, also known as "Marlo Mike," was scheduled to be in court Monday morning for the first of five status hearings, but the proceeding was delayed.

His next hearing is scheduled for the end of the month.

Louding, 19, is connected to six murders between February 2009 and April 2010.

Investigators said the then 17-year-old confessed to six murders back in May 2010.

The district attorney's office promised him less than life in prison if he gave truthful testimonies against other people connected with some of those murders.

"We had anticipated that he was going to continue to cooperate and provide testimony, not only to previous cases, but cases that are to come," said District Attorney Hillar Moore. "And apparently, that is not going to be the case."

The last time Louding was in court, he was the prosecution's star witness in the first-degree murder trial of Baton Rouge rapper Lil Boosie, whose real name is Torence Hatch.

According to Moore, Louding's deal is now off the table after lying on the stand during that trial.

"So, we are prepared to go forward and I'm assuming that we will have a trial date set fairly soon," Moore added.

Louding faces six life sentences if convicted. (i hate when they say that shit smh)
