Ive already heard niggas on the IC change regions (claiming ATL aint in the south) now they changing decades the 80s only consisted of 6 years now and the 90s lasted for 14 years??

cant remember the poster but the souths relevence and influence in rap was being discussed and they got overwhelmed by how much influence ATL had and proclaimed ATL was no longer part of the south so we coulndt use it as an argument

a person born in 89 grew up on the same thing as a 90 91 or 92

so the same would go for 86
as they grew up on the same as 87 88 and 89
