Let's discuss why Black folk run away from being apart of Africa

I don't agree with the thread premise to begin. Black people don't run away from being African at all. It may not be the 90's with people rocking medallions around their neck bumping X-Clan....but that doesn't mean anyone is trying to separate themselves from Africa. And in regards to those who point to non-African links in their history, that's the truth. Black people have been all over the world just like every other group, and there's nothing wrong with acknowledging all your ancestors.

My question to threadstarter is what are people NOT doing or saying, that you think they SHOULD?

I think the original post is in reference to different schools if thought within the black so called conscious community. The Israelites and the Moorish science brothas in particular. They don't identity themselves with any African nations.

People saying "Fuck Africa" some people wouldn't even feed an African child because they don't think they are among the same ethnic group.

What's the the top 5 progressive and stable African countries?

Ghana, Kenya, Nigeria(In terms of wealth), South Africa(in terms of wealth, but not a distribution of wealth), I believe Rwanda. Correct me if I'm wrong. I'm thinking at the top of my head.

I've never heard anyone say "fuck Africa" in my life. I'm sure there may a couple people with this type of world view, but your post seemed directed at Black people in America as a whole. I just don't see your thread premise even being the current reality.

Some many generalizations, so little time to debunk them all

Debunk a few of them, it may come off generalized, but I think we know that not everyone doesn't think they don't come from Africa.

I forgot to use some, do we need to always write some in every topic? We should know not everyone.

A lot are welcoming, some are not welcoming. A lot is a gap in the bridge that needs to be fixed.

Their ancestors left on their own free will and destroyed their ecosystem within those lands and trying to come back. We were kidnapped from there and we do have a stake in the resources and land more than any of those investors coming back after 60 or 70,000 years.

Haven't we more than earned stake in the land and resources of America?

No in america you don't earn anything you take it with skill and power that's generally how capitalism works

So where is the best place for a black American to immigrate?

Some of us should immigrate to build a bridge and have a group collection of control within the global economy. I don't think we all should immigrate, some of us will create more issues than solutions.
