Legends is all about progression,
they focus heavily on interracial relationships, women's independence,rights and lesbians, the ugly truths about the racial climate of america's past
all that shit is heavily displayed in the shows narrative,
and it's not even subtle...
i can't even complain about international relationships, when they did a show about slaves plantations & slave masters, the civil war, and managed to throw some zombies in there, all without dropping the n-bomb even once....
i don't ind niggaz and chicks getting their swerve on if they keep shit as real as they've been keeping it

I wonder if the thanagarian invasion arc they heavily teased last season is gonna be apart of the 4 night crossover? Then spilling over into the legends big bad of the season. I'm pretty sure they suppressed hawk girl/man for this very reason. It's not just bad writing like I originally thought. I remember the creator hinted that they had big plans for her at the end of season two.
