It's funny how they all say that Latinos who tried to take part in Hip Hop early on got more love from Blacks than they did from other Latinos. Frankie Cutlass was heated about that shit. lol

Not everyone was cool with latinos doing hiphop.. Many cats got fucked up for calling Latinos German or them German Niggaz. I seen the shit first hand how folks refuse to give certain Latino MC props especially Pun dismissed as a Latin Big/G Rap etc. So I cant hate too much when I see Asians or Whites rapping it by hypocritical.

I really dont know origin of it but in NYC it was used by those hating on Latinos, I heard it couple times myself back then In late 90's haven't heard it since.

Even then as a 13 yr IDK they was talking about but I gathered it was meant as a diss.
