Section 8 niggaz r the worst, u only get part of the money from the government. niggaz will only have to pay say $50 for the rent but owe thousands idk how tf u do that. Here in Jersey u can't just kick anyone out, niggaz'll b in your spot living rent free as long as they can because of that, it's actual a hustle to some in Jersey. Pay your first month and stay fo like 6 months and up because if u know your rights landlords can't just kick u out without going through a process.

This is exactly why I don't play that shit some might say I'm being an asshole or whatever but I'm protecting my business.

When I first got in the business I realized quick if you give them an inch they'll take a mile and be tearing up your shit while living free.

After I saw the other side of it I started running my business with an iron fist.

99% of cats not don't know their rights in regards to that plus they don't want to risk me cutting them off.

Here you got to have the landlords consent to even bring rent to own stuff in their home as well as getting certain other things in your home.
