I think women (speaking in general) have height requirements or requirements in general because they don't approach guys. They wait for guys to approach them. If your accepting applications for a specific position your going to have particular qualifications that you look for off the bat just to weed out the undesirables.

As for guys(speaking in general)... we tend to approach women that we are physically attracted to in some capacity so we wont have any silly requirements.

but what if women started to approach men on a massive scale.. then Men might possibly start to adopt a list of requirements too.

edit: actually.. guys have requirements to.. but our list of requirements tend to become exposed after we hit it.
