He handled it correctly.

I worked security at a Kroger for one day back in college. Those shoplifters are no joke. I saw a shoplifter and a night stocker get into a tussle. The Kroger stocker ask me why I didn't help him out. I looked at him like Negro please. I'm not about to risk my life over some stolen Kroger products LOL.

So bad on so many levels...

Potential customers see a manager harassing another customer, even if it's not the case...

If dude decided he was just going to stab the manager and be done; then Koger can be sued and is liable in this situation...

Understand the rules are in place to protect Koger not the individual...

Should have let this 1 go and let Jake handle it...
