For me it does. My streaming bandwidth was all but cut completely off by Spectrum. I knew that's what it was when I made my phone a hot spot and was streaming shit off Terrarium just fine. When I got back on my wireless network regularly the shit wouldn't even start up.

If you get one, use IPVanish. It has an actual app that you can download in the Amazon app store so you don't hafta use an APK. There's also a bunch of coupons floating around to cut the price down. I pay 7.50/monthly, which is more than worth it, considering how much the wife and I stream stuff.

I've been watching shit in 1080p with no buffering since I've been back up and running.
