Kobe to Lebron: "Imma F*ckin Champ"

Neither Kobe or Bron will ever be as big as Jordan was. I don't care how many championships they win or accolades they receive. Thats like trying to compare Usher or Justin Timberlake to Micheal Jackson. Regardless of what either do they will always be chasing the legend that Micheal Jordan was. Jordan was a player way ahead of his time and it will probably be a long time if even ever before we see that type of success duplicated again.

Kobe and Lebron are both Great Players in their own right.....

Ya'll Need to Chill on Trying to Discredit Good/Great players so much.....

i Swear i dont even know who Majority of the folks on this Forum considers a Good Player..... so many times on here i have read "Kobe Sucks" , "Lebron aint good" , "D-Wade is Overrated he not that nice" , "Carmelo is Okay"

Who is Elite to ya'll??...Rudy Fernandez? Luke Ridnour?

im Just trying to Understand .... ya'll take it from a Legit Sports discussion pointing out players flaws ,what they need to improve on which is fine cuz every player has them and thats a legit discussion but then ya'll be go over the top to Saying the Elite Players are "Trash"....

So who is Good to ya'll if these Players Suck??....

this right cheare

I wonder how it feels to know Tim Duncan will be viewed as player of Kobes decade.

2 different positions both equally great and because of kobe's flashiness and duncan's quiet and humble self Kobe will win out more times than not for that vote. I think both are equally great

wow... that aint what i said at all. obviously i care. and that quote showed that kobe cares. he was saying that collectively the team didnt care and that it was unacceptable.

yeah I loved how he threw the team under the bus without acknowledging his horrible play... Leadership. A real leader says "It's my fault, I have to do better, They follow my lead, etc"

Don't pull that bs now, Duncan was always the best player and leader of his team. Individually he is more accomplished than Kobe!

something like this?

"It's like these games mean more to our opponents than they do to us," Bryant said. "I think WE need to get that straight -- play with more focus, put more [emphasis] on these games. I don't like it. ... WE know what we're capable of doing, and that's part of the problem."

Your argument is invalid and most importantly outdated. Kobe has been regarded by all but Jordan cultists, as the player of the decade. Any respected source has said this for years now. Kobe gets compared to Jordan not Duncan. Duncan gets compared to Shaq.

Won't happen. The Thunder will be like the new Spurs. The "Lebron/Kobe" type arguments will continue while the Thunder and Durant keep winning under the radar. Kobe will just be replaced with some other star player that is either not in the league yet or is up and coming now -- but has more hype and plays in a more high-profile city than Durant does.

When the Spurs/Duncan were beating the Lakers and winning championships, all people talked about was the beef between Kobe and Shaq. Hell, the Spurs have the best record in B-ball now and all y'all talk about is Kobe/Lebron. Perfect example.

That's exactly what I meant..."WE" it should've been ME and I take responsibility... When it's good KB loves the attention when it goes bad, it's WE
