Kobe and Lebron are both Great Players in their own right.....

Ya'll Need to Chill on Trying to Discredit Good/Great players so much.....

i Swear i dont even know who Majority of the folks on this Forum considers a Good Player..... so many times on here i have read "Kobe Sucks" , "Lebron aint good" , "D-Wade is Overrated he not that nice" , "Carmelo is Okay"

Who is Elite to ya'll??...Rudy Fernandez? Luke Ridnour?

im Just trying to Understand .... ya'll take it from a Legit Sports discussion pointing out players flaws ,what they need to improve on which is fine cuz every player has them and thats a legit discussion but then ya'll be go over the top to Saying the Elite Players are "Trash"....

So who is Good to ya'll if these Players Suck??....

Basically.

I've learned that Haters speak in codes. When they go so far as to say that a good player or team is "trash" when they're obviously not -- that means they actually respect what the player/team is doing, but wishes that they weren't.

I'm not fluent yet, but I'm learning how to understand Hate-ish. I'll never be able to speak it tho.

i Mean Folks Dont have to like the Same Players Which is Understandable , they may just not like their style of play or maybe another reason, but i Dont see how some of these folks on here can call them "Trash" or "They Suck" when they're Among NBA's Elite ...

it's Puzzling ...

I feel you (nh) but it just emphasizes how much they actually respect and/or realize the respect that the player or team gets and deserves.

I rooted against Jordan and the Bulls in each one of the Finals they won except for the first against the Lakers, but I never argued Jordan's skill and ability or how good the Bulls were.

Hating is enriched in the blood of this new generation, so they are incapable of rooting against a certain team or player without blatant dry-hating. They can't help it. Like Asians that eat dogs -- that's how they were brought up.

I just think that Kobe is way overrated in terms of historically where he's ranked. I currently have him as the 3rd best player in the league behind Bron and Wade. Yesterday's game proved it. Wade shit on Kobe many times during the game and Bron did the same in isolated instances. Kobe and his fans are great in making people believe that Kobe is the GOAT player in the NBA. He's not Jordan... Jordan never took 30 shots to average 30 points during a season. Now that's not to dispute his talent, because he is the most talented and gifted scorer in the NBA, but that's all he does. The only natural skill he has is scoring, everything else (passing, rebounding, defense) is contrived. Even his 'leadership' is forced IMO.

Not at all.. Jordan had Pippen and Phl, Magic had Kareem and Worthy, Bird had Parrish and Mchale, Even Erving Had Malone and Bobby Jones. The difference is that none of these dudes would ever throw a series (PHX up 3-1), none of these dude would ever run their running mate out of town because he stole the shine (Shaq). Kobe is the ultimate compiler of stats. She shoots in volume... At the NBA level, any top tier player should be able to avg 27-31 ppg if they get 25-30 shots per game. With the talent that the Lakers currently have, Kobe should easily average 7-9 Assists per game... he doesn't. Lamar Odem should be an Al Star based on his skill set with Kobe, he aint. Kobe does not and has not made his 'lesser' teammates better... It's not in his DNA to do so.

LMAO I just realized I wrote that... Freudian slip... But Kobe does have a lot of Bitch in him, so I suppose the She was appropriate.

I think when Kobe really came into his own during the three peat, Shaq was unwilling to defer more to Kobe so it became a power struggle...Kobe had to get his weight up but when he did, I feel like Shaq didn't wanna respect it and still wanted all the glory when he could have very well let Kobe be the man cause by the 3rd ring Kobe was that good...

I only say that based off the fact that Kobe showed the ability to win without Shaq twice since then and Shaqs behavior towards the teams he left the last couple years (he always has negative things to say about the teams he leaves)

The problem with Lebron is, he plays with statistics and accomplishments of greats in his head, instead of trying to create his own story. He wants Jordan's 6 rings, and Magic's assist numbers. He does nothing for Lebron. He rather be compared than his own player

What??? How did you come to this conclusion?

No.

DWade 6/17 18 pts 5 reb 6 ast
Kobe 6/16 17 pts 6 reb 7 ast

Not saying you couldn't make that case but yesterday was not a good game to prove it.
